How it Works

Need an apartment but not sure where to start? We are committed to helping you along your journey. Learn about our process below and the different steps involved. Cheers to the start of something great!

Find the Perfect Apartment

Start by browsing through our Communities page. Our search function will allow you to narrow down your search based on size, price, location, and style. Once you find a few communities that look interesting, you can visit their individual web pages to view photos and take 3D tours of the apartments. We strive to provide all the information you could desire to know about our apartments!

Reach Out

Once you've narrowed it down to a few of your ideal apartments, we invite you to reach out to our leasing office. One of our experienced leasing agents will be happy to answer any questions you have and help you set up a tour.

Tour

This is one of the best steps - seeing the apartment in person! We offer tours Monday through Saturday from 9 AM - 6 PM. Keep in mind that our touring hours may vary slightly depending on the season and holidays. You can schedule a tour by phone, email, or through our online Tour Scheduler, accessible from our community web pages. After confirming appointment details, a leasing professional will meet you at the community and give you a tour of the apartments.

After the tour, you will be sent a Lease Offer Form containing all the details about the apartment you toured including price, utility structure, any move-in specials, and more.

Apply

Before you apply, we want to make sure you have everything you need to make an informed decision that's best for you! If you have any questions at all, we invited you to call or email our leasing team.

Hopefully you've found your dream apartment, but if you need to go back to the drawing board, our leasing team will help you find other suitable options. Once you're ready to apply, please navigate to the specific community page on our website and click Apply Now. Everything is done online, and you can pay the $50 application fee as you submit your application.

Processing

After submitting your application, our Applications Department will take over. Applications are usually processed in 3-5 days, and an initial Welcome Letter or Denial based on the screening will be sent. We encourage you to submit your ID, pay stubs, and other deliverables at the time of application, enabling us to process things much quicker.

Once all the deliverables are in and the screening has been approved, the next step is to sign your lease and pay your deposit. Please keep in mind that an apartment is not taken off the market until the lease is signed and the deposit paid. Our Applications Team will cover all the details with you.

Move-In Day

You made it! We want this day to be as happy, and easy, as possible. You will receive an instructional email containing move-in details before your move-in date. Our move-in process is person-less, meaning the email will include all of the access details and you won't need to stop by our office.

After accessing your new apartment, you'll find a move-in packet that contains any applicable gate clickers, mailbox keys, an Inventory and Conditions form, and information about your dedicated property manager.

We are so excited to have you as a resident! Once you are fully moved in, your point of contact will be your property manager. While we hope you developed a great relationship with our leasing team, your property manager is now best equipped to help you with any issues you may have such as paying rent, dealing with maintenance requests, etc.
